1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Daandi Kaanthi ("we", "our", "the platform") at daandikaanthi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Daandi Kaanthi is a travel marketplace connecting travellers with verified local tour operators in Uttarakhand, India. We offer trekking packages, pilgrimage tours, cultural experiences, and adventure activities. We are not a hotel or accommodation provider.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or Cash on Delivery agreement.
- Prices are listed in INR (₹) and are per-person unless stated otherwise.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at departure and Direct Bank Transfer.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7+ days before departure: Full refund.
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure: No refund.
- Daandi Kaanthi reserves the right to cancel journeys due to weather, government orders, or safety concerns, with full refunds issued.
5. Liability
Daandi Kaanthi acts as an intermediary between travellers and operators. We are not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or delays caused by third-party operators, weather, or force majeure events. All travellers participate at their own risk and are advised to carry appropriate travel insurance.
6. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, submit false information, or engage in fraudulent bookings. We reserve the right to cancel bookings and ban users who violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on daandikaanthi.com — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of Daandi Kaanthi and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
